How can you get your body more toned in just one month? You’ve probably heard it all before. “Planking works your entire body!” Planking alone can completely remodel your body in just 5 minutes every day.
As a result of the fact that I had heard it so frequently, I ultimately chose to put it to the test. I completed the 30-day plank challenge, and this is what occurred.
My weight and I have always had a love-hate relationship. I’ve always had a few extra inches around my waist and have never been afraid to lose them. So, like many others, I looked online for rapid weight-loss solutions.

I read this article on the 30-day plank challenge at that time, which is meant to help you get toned in just a month. “Ok, let me clarify this,” I said. Is it true that all it will take for me to get my ideal figure before the calendar turns is only one fast workout each day? I’d say yes please. I started my experiment at that point.
- Everything was relatively chill for the first week. I planked for 20 seconds on the first 2 days, for 30 seconds on days 3 and 4, and for 40 seconds on the 5th day.
I held a plank for 45 seconds on days 7 and 8 of my trial. My objective was to perform it for at least a minute on days 9, 10, and 11. At that point, my confidence started to wane.
- On days 14 and 15, I did 100 and 110 seconds, respectively, of planking. My entire body was shaking hysterically as I waited impatiently for the countdown to expire with my eyes fixed on my phone.
- On days 20 and 21, I honed my 212 minute plank, and on days 22 and 23, I pushed myself to a 3-minute plank. I first realized the stress that typically developed after spending the day at my desk during the experiment was vanished.
- I performed a 4-minute plank on days 27 and 28 and observed that my abs were much stronger than they had been at the beginning of the trial. Although there wasn’t much of a visual difference, I could sense that holding my plank was considerably easier than it had been.
- I didn’t get a six-pack, which is a major shame because for some reason I kind of expected that. But I can say that I feel more healthier and stronger. My posture has also significantly improved, which is another thing I’ve observed.
I was genuinely amazed by how much my attitude toward life and general outlook have changed. I significantly increased my self-assurance and resolve to not only complete the challenge but also transform my life.
– There are a few other details you should be aware of if you want to test this experiment out for yourself. Don’t be scared of variation, to start. After a while, doing the same thing every day can become monotonous.
