  2. Ginger a half-inch.
  3. Clove 1.
  4. Fennel Seeds ½ tsp.
  5. Cinnamon Pinch (optional).
  6. ½ tsp honey (optional)
  7. 1 Cup Water.
Firstly grate your lemons and take the zest from the lemons. And make sure that the white part does not come with the zest, we only want the outer part i.e., zest of the lemon.
Note: Take 2 lemons and the yellow part you have to take, not its white part. This means the outer part we will use to make the lemon zest tea/ lemon peel tea. We will take the yellow part only because if we take the inner part (white part) then the tea becomes bitter.

In the lemon zest, there are 10 times more vitamins than the lemon juice. And also it contains one of the powerful antioxidants i.e., D-Limonene. Basically, the work of this antioxidant is that it doesn’t gather fat to your body/come fat to your body.
